Enjoy the whole family gathered around the table after a relaxing day at the beach. The kitchen is fully furnished with many colorful and decorative dishes for brightening up your meals. Also located on the main floor is a guest Queen bedroom, TV/DVD, and plenty of room. The bathroom is just across the hall next to the laundry area. Upstairs the large master suite provides a very relaxing oasis with a Queen bed, TV/DVD, phone, and a full bathroom with shower and separate tub. Original art helps make this a relaxing get away. As a bonus there's a private balcony with French doors and two rockers for those magnificent coastal evenings. There are two other bedrooms upstairs, the first has a full bed with bright-colorful beach décor. The second has 3 twins, a bunk bed and a single for sleeping three. A third bath is next to both rooms.

Goat Feathers Seafood Market is only two minutes away from your front door. Old Florida Village is a brand-new, quaint village of about 75 homes with a quiet, winding lane entrance. This home provides a quiet location close to the two community pools. Beach access is just minutes away (500 yards to closest access from the neighborhood) with use of picnic/grill facilities at the beach. Bike, walk or drive to restaurants, shops, and galleries in Seaside and Watercolor or outdoor concerts at Gulf Place. Only 30 minutes from Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach has an abundance to offer along 30-A. Take a short drive to the outlet malls and attractions of Destin, then return back home to walk along the beautiful 'sugar white' beaches without the crowds. Stroll for miles along the beach enjoying the famous emerald water.
