Damage Deposit Policy:

There will be a US$500.00 damage deposit that is required to confirm and hold your reservation.
This deposit will be returned upon final check-out inspection.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations will be accepted and fully re-funded up to 3 weeks prior to the rental date.
Any cancellations after this date will be charged a penalty of 20% per week.
