It's a casual, open-air restaurant housed under a tremendous thatched roof, and the seafood here is straight-from-the-boat fresh. Los Camisones is Spanish-owned, evidenced by dishes such as Galician octopus sauted with olive oil and red peppers, and Iberian sausage. There's also Angus beef filet, lamb stew, steamed mussels, breaded oysters, and yummy crepes for dessert. The freshest, most delicious jumbo prawns I have ever sampled in Panama were here at Los Camisones. In fact, the food is so good, the U.S. ambassador to Panama often stops in for a meal.
